If you are assigned the Consortium Super Admin, Consortium Admin, or Consortium Manager role, you can view the Libraries tab and you have Super Admin permissions for all member library sites.
For Polaris, the list of libraries comes from the LX Admin location hierarchy settings and the LX Admin provision level, which is set during implementation. The LX Admin location hierarchy is synced with the Polaris location hierarchy and updates daily with any changes from the Polaris hierarchy.
For Sierra, the list of libraries comes from the Locations Served table. Sierra doesn’t use the LX Admin provision level setting or the LX Admin location hierarchy.

To view consortium library status
- Select the down arrow next to your name in the upper-right section of the page.
- Select Consortium Settings > Libraries.
- (Optional) To go to a member library site, select a library.
